I'm not very familiar with Greek symbolism, but take a look at this extract:

The highlighted parts are clearly in a non-swastika form. The non-highlighted parts can be interpreted as such, but given that the "swastikas" are not specifically emphasized nor consistently repeating, I am not ready to accept this as an intentional symbolism without a cite. I only found that the inhabitants of Pompeii used swastikas (or sauwastikas, I never remember which is which) as decoration. But that is no news.
