[edit] Vice regal flags?
Should this article be extended to include the flags of Governors of countries, states and colonies? There appears not to be a section of the Wikipedia flag series devoted to this already, or at least not that I can find. Biofoundationsoflanguage 12:07, 20 February 2007 (UTC)
