Galib Jafarov

Galib Jafarov (born 9 May 1978) is a boxer from Kazakhstan. He is competing in the Featherweight (– 57kg) division, and won a silver medal at the 2001 World Amateur Boxing Championships and a gold medal at the 2003 World Amateur Boxing Championships.
He competed at the 2004 Summer Olympics, but was knocked out in the quarterfinals by Alexei Tichtchenko of Russia, who eventually won the competition.
