Galápagos Province

Galápagos is a province in Ecuador that is coincident with the Galápagos Islands. The capital is Puerto Baquerizo Moreno.
The Galapagos Province is a group of tiny volcanic islands that sit just off the equator. The Galapagos Islands have for centuries captured the interest of people from all over the globe because of its unique biodiversity and it was made famous by Darwin and his Theory of Evolution.
The province is divided in 3 cantons.
Canton (Capital)
The archipelago is formed by the following Islands, grouped by the three administrative cantons:
Canton San Cristobal:

Canton Isabela:

This province is in the UTC-6 time zone (known in the U.S. as Central Standard Time Zone). The continental part of Ecuador is in the UTC-5 time zone.
