Gai mei baau (Chinese: 雞尾包) is a type of Chinese Pastry. It is one of the most standard pastry in Hong Kong. It can also be found in any Chinatown bakery shops overseas. The bun has a type of custard cream filling. The name literally means "Chicken Tail Bun", although it is not meat based.
