1. It is a single still screenshot from a 200 min movie
2. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the moovie in any way.
3. Copies could not be used to make illegal copies for anothe moovie.
4. The image is of low resolution and cannot be used for illegal manufacturing of posters, etc.
5. The image on the cover is significant because it show the actors in one of his most famous works
