Gaetano D'Agostino (born 3 June 1982 in Palermo) is an Italian footballer. He was brought up in the Roma youth system and was given to Bari with co-ownership rights as a part of the deal that brought Antonio Cassano to Roma. He then came back to Roma for the 2003/2004 season but did not figure much and was sent to newly promoted Messina. In the two seasons at Messina he made 42 appearances and scored 4 goals, and was the one of the main reasons Messina did pretty well. In the summer of 2006 he was bought by Udinese.
D'Agostino was also a starlet with the Italian U-21 squad, making 17 appearances and scoring 4 goals.
