The dicision to rename this ws absolutely rediculous. Common sense has to be applied somewhere and quite frankly this is ridiculous. (Derry Boi 14:51, 21 September 2006 (UTC))

A possible compromise should be reacehd whereby we call it Category:Gaelic Athletic Association clubs in County Derry/Londonderry?

I suggested it to User:Kbdank71 on his talk-page and he seemed to be in agreement. What is everyone's else opinion on the matter? (Derry Boi 16:14, 21 September 2006 (UTC))

We could change to Gaelic Athletic Association clubs administred by Derry GAA but this is out of line with all the others i dont know what to do here (Gnevin 21:24, 21 September 2006 (UTC))

There's no reason for it to be changed. It's in line with the naming comprimise, all the other categories, and the county's official name. Stu ^{’Bout ye!} 08:09, 22 September 2006 (UTC)

I don't often disagree with Stu (as a rule one of the sensible wikipedians!), but this category is for clubs that are under the control of the Derry county board. It the board that defines the membership of this catagory, not the geography, I see no reason not to change it, I dont feel the MOS states anything on this issue.86.12.249.63 20:55, 18 December 2006 (UTC)

Having said that, the soccer teams under the IFA, are catogorised as N.Ireland, not Ireland, so maybe I'm wrong 86.12.249.63 17:48, 19 December 2006 (UTC)

My my, this Category has got rather filled and sexy from the original dispute over only one article being in it, hasn't it? I think we owe ourselves a pat on the back Derry boi.
