Gadchiroli is a town and a municipal council in Gadchiroli district in the state of Maharashtra, central India.

It is a good place to visit in Monsoon season.

Gadchiroli is located at 20.10° N 80.0° E[1]. It has an average elevation of 217 metres (715 feet). Gadchiroli District is one of the biggest in maharashtra in terms of area. The main languages spoken are marathi,hindi,gondi,madiya and telgu.

Gadchiroli has an average literacy rate of 74%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 80%, and female literacy is 67%.
