Gabriel Torje (born November 22, 1989 in Timişoara) is a Romanian football player, currently under contract at FCU Politehnica Timişoara. Taunted as one of the most promising young strikers in the League, he made his debut during the 2005/2006 season against FC Argeş Piteşti and scored on his second match, against Farul Constanţa.
Torje is a Romanian U17 international.
He is believed to have a bright future in the game, and has gained cult status among players of the popular football management game Football Manager 2007, in which he develops into a top player if managed well.
