G. Srinivasan

G. Srinivasan (born September 23, 1958 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, South India) is a film producer who founded the independent production company Madras Talkies, with his brother, the director and screenwriter Mani Ratnam.
He has produced acclaimed films such as Iruvar (1997), Kannathil Muthamittal (2002), Aayitha Ezhuthu (2004), Yuva (2004) and Guru, released in 2007. He is a practising Chartered Accountant. He is married to Sandhya Lakshman the daughter of a film distributor. He has three daughters - Shreya (17) and twins Divya and Akshaya (14).
