Géant is a European hypermarket chain and is based in France.
Géant has about 113 hypermarkets all over the world. The concept is to have all kinds of items available under one roof - from common household items & food to computers and home theater systems. The Géant card system has been introduced which rewards customers for their loyalty. There are over two million Géant card-holders today. It is recognised as the 5th largest hypermarket chain in the world and the second largest in France after Carrefour.

- Saudi Arabia: Géant had one hypermarket in Saudi Arabia which was the first in the country. Now it has a total of four.
- Bahrain: Géant Hypermarket is located in Bahrain Mall at Seef.
- Uruguay: Hipermercado Géant is the largest supermarket store chain in Uruguay and is part of the Géant international operations.
- United Arab Emirates: Géant supermarket is located at Ibn Battuta Mall in Dubai.
- Republic of China: Géant has several hypermarket locations in Taiwan, competing directly with Carrefour.
- Poland: Géant is also based in Poland.
- Tunisia: Géant has one hypermarket in Tunisia, competing directly with Carrefour.
