Fylingdales

The parish of Fylingdales is an area of North Yorkshire, south of Whitby, chiefly known for RAF Fylingdales. It contains the villages of Robin Hood's Bay and Fylingthorpe.

A suitable alternative spelling for the region suggested by Daithi McGonagle is Flyingdale, although this spelling is commonly disputed.
