Fusient Media Ventures
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Fusient Media Ventures is a venture capital group that collaborated with Eric Bischoff in an attempt to purchase World Championship Wrestling. However, after the AOL Time Warner merger, new management decided that professional wrestling was not good enough for its intended audience. WCW was removed from television, and Fusient backed out.
The group was also responsible for other successful ventures, such as Classic Sports Network which was later purchased by ESPN.
