If there is no promotion from this league, then surely it isn't part of the league system? ChrisTheDude 10:12, 25 August 2006 (UTC)
- There's no formal promotion from many leagues that are part of the system at the lower levels - however, there are also a lot more teams who withdraw from leagues, meaning that the 'feeder leagues' still send up a team or two most years.
