The Funkoars are an Australian hip hop act from Adelaide signed to Obese Records. Their members are MCs Trials, Sesta, Hons and DJ Reflux. Their debut, Who's Your Step Daddy was released in 2003 and followed up with their sophomore release The Greatest Hits in 2006. The production is mostly handled by Sesta and Trials who have gone on to receive exposure producing for the Hilltop Hoods. They are a unique hip hop group because their lyrics usually involve sexually explicit behaviour and drunken antics. Their smutty, laidback comical nature has made them a popular group in the Australian Hip Hop scene.

They created their own label, Peepshow Entertainment to help bring to light less known Australian hip hop artists. Robby Balboa & Vents are two artists who are set to be signed to Peepshow Entertainment.

The Funkoars were a support act for the Hilltop Hoods during The Hard Road Tour in early 2006 alongside Cross Bred Mongrels, Hermitude, TZU, Downsyde & DJ Snair.

The Funkoars have released their first single from their new album entitled "Da Na Na" and have produced a video clip for it which received airplay on Rage.

The Funkoars were interviewed by Maya Jupiter, host of Triple J's "The Hip Hop Show" on the 2nd July 2006.

They are members of the Certified Wise Crew which is also comprised of Hilltop Hoods, Terra Firma & After Hours.

One member, Trials, released a solo album in 2005 entitled "For The Ladies" which received distribution through Obese Records.

The Funkoars are currently in the process of setting up a national tour for late 2006 or early 2007 called "The Greatest Hits" tour.
