Fun Food Adventures
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Fun Food Adventures is a food and travel television program with lots of adrenaline pumping activities (like snowboarding, rock-climbing, SCUBA diving, paintball, etc.). Nathan (the host) goes to diverse and sometimes exotic locations to interview experts, cook with gourmet chefs, try amazing food, and learn in depth about history, culture, and business. Though the show has a young host it is more than just a cooking show for kids - the content is geared for the whole family. The show is currently being run internationally on TBN and Smile of a Child. Fun Food Adventures is educational as well as entertaining, so it can fulfill station "core programming" and federal educational "E/I" requirements.
The host, Nathan Gosey, started filming the first season at age 8. The year before, he won first place at a national cooking contest "Cooking with Your Kids" on Food Network at age 7. He is also homeschooled along with his siblings by his parents. You can read more about him at the show's website or his website, NathanGodsey.com
