Talk:Fullerite
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
This article is confusing, Fullerites are solid-state fullerenes as opposed to single molecules or solutions. Fullerites have a certain crystal packing. The P-SWNT in the article is an example of a fullerite. See source below: http://www.chemistry.wustl.edu/~edudev/Fullerene/solidstate.html propose to move P-SWNT to a separate article

- I agree, the grammar is far from perfect, and it seems as if the writer did not fully understand what he was talking about. I have therefore nominated the article for speedy deletion. Either that or fix it. Thoughts? 88.106.209.191 18:58, 9 April 2006 (UTC)
- Poor grammar is not a valid reason for a speedy delete. These things have only been around since the mid-eighties. The guys that discovered them won the Nobel prize. Do ya really think we should speedy delete it because of grammar? Get real. Rklawton 04:18, 12 April 2006 (UTC)
It looks like most of the material here is covered, and better, in Carbon nanotube. I'd be inclined to just redirect to there. Lisamh 00:17, 25 September 2006 (UTC)
I would suggest that this article be updated and left seperate because it is describing something unique. I'm not very knowledgable on the subject, but I would suggest leaving it as is and making it more understandable.mvirts 2-29-06
