Fulton Hogan

Fulton Hogan is a large infrastructure construction, roadworks and aggregate supplier company in New Zealand, which is also active in Australia and the Pacific Basin.

The company was founded by Jules Fulton and Bob Hogan in Dunedin in 1933, and now (2006), employs 4000 staff with annual sales of NZ ยง1 billion[1], up from 3400 staff and a net profit of over $55 million on revenue of NZ $891 million in 2005. [2]

The company is unlisted, with Shell New Zealand as one of the major stakeholders.[2]
