Full Tilt is about Blake, a boy, his brother, Quinn, and their friends, Russ and Maggie, who get trapped in a distorted carnival. Blake has to face seven rides, revealing his worst fears, to get out by dawn, or he will become a slave to the park. Each ride leads to another adventure. The rides are as follows:

  1. Carousel - becomes an animal stampede.
  2. Bumper Cars - becomes a demolition derby in 1931 Chicago.
  3. Swinging Ship - Becomes a real ship, out at sea, with a blue whale trying to destroy it.
  4. Mirror Maze - Distorts your self-image, and if you step into a mirror, you become what the mirror wants you to become.
  5. Kamikaze Roller Coaster - The train of cars becomes a fleet of airplanes, with one rider in each plane. An enemy plane tries to shoot down the fleet of planes.
  6. Gravity Well - Becomes a temple in ancient Egypt, where guards try to capture Blake and the other riders.
  7. Tilt-A-Whirl - Becomes a spaceship in which Blake and Quinn see inside their minds. An enemy spaceship tries to ruin theirs.
  8. Tea Cups (Blake's extra ride, to free the souls of the trapped guests) - Becomes Blake's early childhood memory, in which his school bus crashes. He fully remembers the accident, and opens the exit door, jumping off the bus. Then, the park breaks and everyone is freed.
