[edit] Comet's Excellent Adventure

(September 27, 1994)

Michelle attempts to take Comet for a walk, but cannot control the strong dog. He then gets away and goes on a series of "doggie-adventures" (with a dog that resembles lassie) in San Francisco, parodying Lady and the Tramp. The Rippers kick Jesse out of the band for lack of commitment.

Nicky and Alex start preschool, but Jesse isn't ready to let them go. Stephanie decides to be rebellious and not clean her room after Danny told her to, but in doing so loses her roommate: Michelle.

(October 11, 1994)

Stephanie goes to an unsupervised party at Gia's apartment, and discovers it is a make-out party. Meanwhile, Barry Williams (The Brady Bunch) records a hit song with Jesse's old band. Jesse gives up music, but in a dream sees everyone he knows: EXCEPT Kimmy is telling mean things about him on T.V. allo

Michelle joins a secret club with her friends, but accidentally tells Danny and he spills the beans, and her friends knock her out of the club.

(October 25, 1994)

Joey substitutes for Michelle's class. The class expects Joey to be fun and just tell jokes all the time, after Michelle told them about him. However, Joey gets strict and has to yell at Michelle, and Michelle then hates Joey. Michelle and the rest of the class then learn that even for someone as funny and easygoing as Joey, there are times in life when you have to be serious.

Michelle buys a mule with her lemonade money, much to the annoyance of the others. The donkey is only quiet when Jesse sings the theme song to "Three's Company." Shorty ate Steph's map of the U.S., "Cornwall" Tanner, and caused an allergic reaction to D.J.

Jesse's band "Hot Daddy and the Monkey Puppets" go on a mini-tour to some of Jesse's old touring locations. This time, though, Jesse brings his family and learns that life on the road isn't as glamourous as he thought. DJ starts dating Viper, a member of Jesse's new band.

The world looks like a whole different place through the eyes of a young person. Because Danny goes out on a date with Gia's mom Michelle thinks that Danny is going to marry her. Meanwhile, Gia and Stephanie think it would be great to be sisters. D.J. and Viper have relationship problems: Viper didn't go to college.

(November 29, 1994)

Stephanie and Gia meet up with some reckless guys from their school who take the girls out for a joy-ride, driving very dangerously. Stephanie decides to go out for another joy-ride, but D.J. warns Stephanie that she could be seriously hurt, and that she'll tell Danny what Stephanie is doing. Stephanie decides not to go, and later she learns by Danny that Gia was seriously injured, and that the car was totaled. Then Danny says how proud he is of Stephanie because she decided not to go with Gia, and those two other guys. But in her heart, Stephanie knows that she was going to go with Gia. Jesse helps Michelle with her game, but soon gets the adults addicted to it.

(December 6, 1994)

Kimmy gets drunk at a party and wants to drive home, but D.J. doesn't let her. D.J. ends up hiding Kimmy at her house for the night. Upon waking up, Kimmy has a hangover. She is furious at D.J. for taking her home, insisting that she was the life of the party and D.J. spoiled her fun. When D.J. explains what really happened, Kimmy gets even angry and leaves (or attempts to, but only gets as far as the yard as we find out later in the episode). After talking with Danny, D.J. decides to make amends with Kimmy. After finding Kimmy resting on a lawn chair out back (her hangover affecting her ability to function), the two talk it out and settle their differences. After eight years, only in this episode is it revealed that the car accident that killed Pam Tanner was caused by a drunk driver. D.J. recalls this on the brink of tears: "My mom died because of a drunk driver, I wasn't gonna lose my best friend the same way!" Meanwhile, after Nicky and Alex sabotage one of Michelle's favorite games and Michelle gets mad, she must teach them forgiveness or accept Nicky and Alex saying "We hate Michelle!"

[edit] Arrest Ye Merry Gentlemen

(December 13, 1994)

After overhearing Becky, Jesse, Joey and Danny insult a plastic tie cup holder, which Michelle bought for her father as a Christmas present, Michelle feels she must return the gift and exchange it for one that Danny will like. However, while there with Jesse, Mr. Dreghorn, the store's owner, does not want to cooperate, and demands them to leave immediately. When Jesse refuses, Mr. Dreghorn pulls the silent alarm, alerting the police to come and arrest them! Because Joey's Santa suit doesn't fit, the twins hate Santa! Mickey Rooney Guest Stars.

[edit] D.J.'s Choice

(January 3, 1995)

Viper breaks up with DJ, in which she then turns to Nelson for support. However Viper then changes his mind and wants to get back with her. Viper and Nelson then make her choose who she wants to be with. Also when Nicky and Alex go to a park, it has been vandalized so the entire family and community get together to fix it up after the state said there are 65 other parks that need to be fixed. Also when Nelson tries to make up with DJ by hiring a famous singer (Frankie Valli) at the park and DJ finally chooses neither one and has a good talk with her Aunt Becky.

(January 10, 1995)

Much to Danny's dismay, Becky is chosen as executive producer of "Wake Up San Fransisco." D.J. and Stephanie make a bet saying that neither of them may eat any sweet deserts, and the first one who does will lose. Joey is disappointed at the discontinuation of his favorite treat, Vanilla Weasles. Michelle has to write a paper on her father's occupation, which embarrasses Danny even more about Becky upstaging him. Danny, because of creative differences with the now producer Becky, decides to quit. When the whole family goes to a restaurant, tensions erupt when Danny and Becky get into a fight. Also, Nicky and Alex throw a temper tantrum when Jesse won't let them have "bazert" (as they pronounce it) before they finish their dinner. Jesse takes them out to the "screaming room" (as Jesse falsely designates it) and informs them they can finish their tantrum. The boys refuse, and insist that they wish to go back to the main dining room. Jess tells them that they need to act like gentlemen, eat their dinner, and then have their desert if they want to go back. They agree, and come back in acting like gentlemen. Michelle reads her report, which prompts Danny to settle his differences with Becky and go back to Wake Up, San Francisco. D.J. and Stephanie settle their bet by agreeing to call the whole thing off and have a bite of desert at the same time. Upon hearing that the particular desert they've chosen contains crumbs of the last Vanilla Weasles, Joey begins eating the crumbs off the plate. However, he soon forgets all about his old desert when he is introduced to a new one, flan.

[edit] Super Bowl Fun Day

(January 25, 1995)

It's Super Bowl Sunday and Joey is very excited. He turns on the TV in the living room, but D.J. says she has an interview with an important college interviewer. Joey then goes to watch it on his TV when Jesse reminds him that they promised to take Michelle's "Science Club" to the museum. Joey wants to watch the Super Bowl, but the kids are already ready. Joey decides to take the kids to a bar, and watch the game there while the kids play pool.. When the kids run out of money, they decide to watch the TV that no one was looking at. Derek grabbed the remote and switched it to the Science Channel, but all the TV's changed and the people watching the game got upset. They went after the remote, but Aaron hid it behind a shelf. Jesse and Joey attempted to retrieve the remote, but the shelf knocked over causing the TV system to break. The other people there got mad, so Joey invites them over to watch the game at their house. They sit down and turn on the game, but D.J. makes them go into the kitchen. The interviewer comes in through the back door, so D.J. forces everyone back to the living room. The interviewer turns out to be a football fan, and so the interview decides to join the party and gives D.J. her recommendation. Meanwhile, Michelle isn't having any fun because Joey broke his promise. Joey talks to her in the kitchen and apologizes. He then promises to go to the museum the next weekend, all day. Then Joey and Michelle go watch the game.

[edit] My Left and Right Foot

(January 31, 1995)

D.J and Stephanie are assigned to take Michelle to get new shoes. The shoe salesman says Michelle has healthy feet, and when he walks away, Stephanie says that Michelle's feet are huge. Michelle frets about the size of her feet, and has a nightmare that she is a clown and has huge shoes. She then gets her feet stuck between the door to the living room and kitchen, and Joey announces "let's tickle!". The Tanners begin tickling Michelle's barefeet with toothbrushes. During which she "wakes" up and sees her feet to be as they were in the dream. Finally she actually wakes up and her feet are back to normal. After the dream, she turns to a friend to shrink her feet. Jesse criticizes Becky's singing and gives her voice lessons.

(February 7, 1995)

Jesse has a basketball match coming up, but he doesn't know anything about basketball. He goes to the court at night to practice and he just cannot do it. Kareem-Abdul Jabbar comes over and makes fun of him a little and Jesse tells him that he wants his kids to be proud of him, so Jesse gets coached by basketball legend Kareem-Abdul Jabbar. He finds out that he cannot play well, but that he has a "sweet spot", which is a place from which he can score whenever. At the game Jesse gets a hand of the ball and everyone gets frightened because it was the last basket, they were losing and no one thought Jesse could score. Jesse scored

(February 14, 1995)

Michelle tries to have a relationship with Teddy but it doesn't work. Joey has a secret admirer. Jesse tries to show Becky he is good at planning an anniversary.

[edit] We Got the Beat

(February 21, 1995) When Stephanie and a group of her friends,including Kimmy Gibbler,start a band, they ask Jesse to be the band manager.After finding out that Wake Up San Francisco is having young talent search on the show the band prepares. They think they have what it takes to win. Once rehearsing Danny and Becky think that they do wonderful and are ready to perform, Jesse on the other hand thinks not, and after criticizing the band for several mistakes,quits. On opening day they are still in a disput and make a fool of themselves up on stage after only practicing their looks,not their song. Jesse and Steph end up forgiving each other after a talk about Jesse's childhood band mishaps. Danny and Joey attempt to invest in successful toy company following D.J.'s stock project.

[edit] Taking the Plunge

(February 28, 1995)

D.J. finds out that Kimmy plans to elope with her boyfriend. She needs to stop this from happening, so she takes Nelson's private jet to the wedding chapel. She leaves a note for her family which reads, "Kimmy is getting married, going with Nelson. Love, D.J." Comet found the note and chewed all over it. When the family comes home, they find the note. However, because of Comet's slobber it reads "Getting married with Nelson. Love, D.J." The family rushes to the chapel to stop this. Upon arriving, they find it isn't D.J. that is getting married but Kimmy, in a Friday the 13th themed wedding. Originally the family has no objections to this, but D.J. convinces them to talk Kimmy out of it. Kimmy decides not to marry Dwayne. Upon hearing the news, Dwayne responds with his trademark "Whatever." Joey goes to meet the Queen of England, with disastorous results.

[edit] Up on the Roof

(March 14, 1995)

DJ is very excited because the senior prank night is coming up. Her goal is to top Jesse's prank of taking the principal's wig and putting it up on the flagpole. Her original idea was to make a fake school paper, with the front page story as the principal photocopying his butt, but she decided to put the principal's antique convertible on the roof of the school. She does it with Kimmy's boyfriend Duane because he knows how to operate a crane. It is successful, but their plan starts to backfire when a thunder and lightning storm approaches and the DJ, Kimmy, and Duane realize the top of his car was still down. (The idea was to ruin his day, not his car.) So they call Jesse to help them hotwire the car until a security guard catches him. Jesse is sent to the principal's office, and there is a lot of conflict. Joey makes a new toy: Silly Dough. Becky teaches Michelle cooking. Michelle's first dinner is unsuccessful because there is a lot of Silly Dough!

[edit] Leap of Faith

(March 21, 1995)

Rebecca goes bungee jumping to prove to Jesse she has an adventerous side to her, after an 'extremist' who is of very old age appears on Wake Up San Francisco. Michelle takes Stephanie's ticket to a Counting Crows concert, so Stephanie and D.J. hatch a plan to get it back.

(April 4, 1995)

Stephanie is upset after being stood up for a date. Danny only complicates things by confronting the boy about it. Subplot involving Kimmy's ostrich and Jesse's high blood pressure. Stephanie finds that you have to look more into a man than good hair and good looks. Michelle has to do D.J.'s chores by losing games, so she seeks a game she always wins at.

[edit] Michelle Rides Again, Part One

(May 23, 1995)

Michelle begins to take riding lessons and meets a girl named Elizabeth. They enter a horse jumping contest and Elizabeth's mom and Danny argue which daughter, Michelle or Elizabeth, would win. The two girls hate seeing them argue, so they decide to skip the contest and go horse jumping just for fun instead. Danny and Elizabeth's mom become worried when their daughters are not in the contest. Danny and Jesse borrow horses, and Joey a donkey, to search for the girls. In the meadow, Elizabeth's horse jumps over a log, but when Michelle's horse is about to do the same thing, it becomes frightened and stands up on its hind legs. Michelle falls off the horse and hits the ground, becoming unconscious. Danny, Joey, and Jesse arrive and find Michelle on the ground. They try to shake her awake, but she doesn't wake. Meanwhile, Jesse and Joey decide to make a Wacky Jobs T.V. show. Also, D.J. seeks a prom date and Steph is Juliet in Romeo and Juliet.

[edit] Michelle Rides Again, Part Two

(May 23, 1995)

After falling off her horse, Michelle is rushed to the children's hospital. Danny, Jesse and Joey go into the room where Michelle wakes up and is lying in bed. Then she suddenly asks who they are. The doctor explains that she's developed memory loss when she fell.

Back at home, everyone has heard about Michelle's accident. Danny arrives right after Stephanie asks him when he's going to get back. Michelle thinks that everyone lives in the neighborhood and is not sure if she likes dogs.

Michelle suffers with amnesia throughout the episode.

When Michelle's upstairs in her bed and wakes up after her little nap, we hear her voice saying, "I remember this room. I remember this bed. I remember these walls. I remember it all". It's a clone of Michelle! The Memory-Loss Michelle is surprised seeing herself knowing everything. The other Michelle says that she's her memory (a.k.a., her with all her wonderful memories). The two talk to each other for a while. Then when they're finished, the Filled-With-Memories Michelle phases through the Memory-Loss Michelle.

Michelle goes downstairs and everyone realizes that Michelle's memory is back. Kimmy arrives with a light-on/up dress. D.J. explains to her that Michelle got her memory back. Kimmy brought Steve and returns to D.J. Everyone leaves the house for their prom night.

  • This episode is one of the few times that Mary Kate and Ashley are face to face, with one playing the memory-loss Michelle and the other playing her "memory."

Note: The entire cast comes out for the curtain call for the last time.
