This image, FSU Seal.png, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (Joneboi) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- It does not limit the copyright owner's rights;
- It is properly displayed to represent the Florida State University.
- The vector is losslessly converted from a file availible from the University's website.
- Being previously published, it does not indicate the company's endorsement of Wikipedia.
