FSN Midwest is a regional cable sports network that operates in all or parts Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Kentucky, Nebraska and Kansas. FSN Midwest began in the late-1980s as Prime Sports Midwest, which then was seen mainly in Indiana, before moving westward in 1994. It changed its name to Fox Sports Midwest in November of 1996, then to Fox Sports Net Midwest in 1999, before going with its current name in July 2004.
