Frysh is an album by the Norwegian band Beyond Dawn, released by Peaceville in 2003. It is by far Beyond Dawn's most electronic driven album and its tone is sometimes reminiscent of Röyksopp. In addition to the radical change in sound, the band members each adopted their own pseudonym in the album's liner notes, with Espen Ingierd being credited as "Espen Weltschmertz", Petter Haavik as "Hi-Fi Haavik", Tore Gjedrem as "Tore Jazztobakk", and Einar Sjursø as "Clubshoes".
