  • 1961: Founded in US
  • 1962: First company to offer its services on electronic tape media
  • 1970s: Established its European headquarter in London
  • 1970s: Executive Summits division was launched
  • 1972: Corporate Training division was launched
  • 1980s: Market Engineering Consulting system was developed
  • 1990s: Expansion into Asia with offices in Singapore, China, India, and Japan
