From a Second Story Window is a mathcore/deathcore band formed in 2002, from the Ohio/Pennsylvania border area in the United States of America. They are characterized by the use of complex rhythms, strange keys, and Will Jackson (Formally of Andorra) provides all types of vocals including (both high black metal screams and low death metal growls). The band has been quoted as saying "Simply put, we are trying to create music for attention-deficit people", and this is evident by the frantic changes and lack of repetition in their songs. Recently, on their 2006 Delenda release they also have began to use clean vocals, in very light amounts. They are currently signed to Black Market Activities.
