Frog City Software is a computer game developer company which focuses on strategy games, open since 1995. Currently it is a subsidiary of Take Two Interactive.

Frog City also was in the process of developing a game called Pantheon, but it has apparently been cancelled.
In early 2006 Frog City and PopTop Software were merged with Firaxis, another subsidiary of Take Two.
