Extreme Wikipedia sounds a little cheesey, perhaps. Maybe "Simple Wikipedia" or "Common Sense Wikipedia" is better. "Extreme" makes it sound like you're supposed to run around yelling at people and deleting pages for no reason, which is very much a wrong idea. The name makes sense to me due to being stolen from Extreme Programming, but not many people are familiar with that. A more accesible name may be desirable.
