Fritz Strobl (born August 24, 1972 in Lienz) is an Austrian alpine skier. He won the gold medal in the downhill competition at the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City, USA.
He won a silver medal at the 2007 Alpine Skiing World Championships in the men's Super-G.
He retired at the end of the 2006/2007 season.
