Frisman Jackson (born June 12, 1979 in Chicago, Illinois) is an American football wide receiver for the New York Jets. He was signed as an undrafted free agent out of Western Illinois University. Jackson previously played at Northern Illinois University as a quarterback.

Frisman was a South Side Chicago native, who graduated from Western Illinois. Played 4 years in Cleveland is currently s free agent. Considered to be the best wr ever to play at Western Illinois. Holds the most receptions in a game(14) and most yards in a game(286). Also was the teams starting QB were he holds the schools all-time single game rushing yards by a QB (109).
