Fringe dwellers

"Fringe Dwellers"' is often the name given to groups of Aboriginal Australians who camp on the outskirts of Australian towns and cities, that through law or land alienation they have become excluded from. Originally a term of aprobation, many more radical groups now use it as a term of pride.
