Frida ensam

Frida ensam (Frida Alone) was a solo album released in Sweden by Anni-Frid Lyngstad in 1975. The album is of interest to fans of ABBA since it was produced with the same recording and production techniques, engineers and musicians as contemporary ABBA recordings. The album also features the Swedish language version of "Fernando", which was written for this album. The track was later re-recorded in English as an ABBA track, and went on to do very well internationally.

Frida ensam contains all Swedish language recordings, and all are cover versions with the exception of "Fernando".
