I don't see why this page should be in the D66 category. There are no personal or organizational links to D66. -- C mon 22:18, 2 July 2006 (UTC)

There was an interesting symposium organized by and a book published by the Wiarda Beckmannstichting about the inheritance of the VDB. There are three parties in the NL claiming to be the successor of the VDB-thought, one of them being D66. See the intro of the article. Electionworld = Wilfried (talk 07:01, 3 July 2006 (UTC)

I've also heard people within GroenLinks that it as the last vrijzinnige left-liberal party has ideological links with the VDB. And D66 was also inspired by the U.S. Democratic party. Why not put the VDB in the GL category and the U.S. Democrats in the D66 one? Let's not get into this very POV-problematic mess. Strong personal and organizational links are the best and most neutral indicator. --C mon 07:10, 3 July 2006 (UTC)
