Freidorf

Freidorf (German for "free village") is a suburb of the Romanian city of Timişoara. The famous swimmer Johnny Weissmuller was born there. He emigrated to the United States before the age of 1. Weissmuller later became famous for playing the role of Tarzan. Freidorf maintains a beautiful architecture, old German homes, and lots of green spaces.
