Freedel

FreeDel is an annual event conducted by the Indian Linux User Group, Delhi.
Every year, ILUG-D had organized Linux Demo Days with talks on Linux, Free and Open Source Software, culture and demos demonstrating power of free software. In September 2005, Linux-Delhi organized FreeDel - a two day event in collaboration with PHDCCI.

In September 2006, Linux-Delhi and JNU collaborated to present Freedel 2006. This two day event was scheduled on September 16 and 17, 2006, and addressed the following topics:
- Servers and Administration
- Desktop Applications
- Education
- Multi-lingual and Localisation
- Applications (from web to desktop to server)
- Multi-media and graphics
Freedel 2006 was sponsored by AMD, Belzabar and Srijan .
