A free society is NOT a form of government but by including all the people, collectively, as the public (of and pertaining to the people as a whole; open to all), its home is the Free Public Sector. The U.S Constitution guarantees a "republican form of government on all levels", and the people gave up specifically prescribed powers to be handled by their elected representatives. The Government and the Free Business Community are both inanimate sectors. The Government consists of "agencies, bureaus, commissions, departments, exectuve, legislative and judiciary branches, which come to life only when the elected representatives, and those hired and appointed from the Free Society go to work to handle only the powers which the people gave to them. The Free Business/Economic Sector consists of businesses, firms, professions, corporations, manufacturing, transportation, distribution, etc. firms to serve others with products, goods, and services. Thus, the Free Public Sector -- home of the Free Society-- is the only one consisting of all free citizens in a free country. After the first declaratory and restrictive clauses which were added as amendments to the U.S. Constitution by enough State, the Means of the People within the Free Society were formed as "Citizens of __ Counties, as the entities to handle moral issues, to set standards for communities and to use "real democracy" to perform these and other activities---with the government not given any power or authority dealing with these neutral (no politics) areas of activities within either the Free Society or the Free Business Communities. Future generations were given instructions how to re-establish correctly these entities. Using the definition of "free", when used with certain words, which had been accepted for more than 180 years, a free society cannot be a form of government, but consists of all free citizens, many of whom activate the Government Sector as elected, hired or appointed representatives of the people in the Free Society and as owners, operators, employers, employees and entrepreneurs works to serve all citizens in the Free Business Sector.
