Freddie H. Fu, M.D., (傅浩強; pinyin: Fù Hàoqiáng) is an expert in the field of sports medicine. He is a Chinese American originally from Hong Kong. Lu Lu's Noodle's, a restaurant close to the University of Pittsburgh campus, sells a noodle dish named after him.
