Fred Demetrius McCrary (born September 19, 1972 in Naples, Florida) is an American Football player who plays for the NFL's Atlanta Falcons.

McCrary attended Naples High School in Naples, Florida and was a letterman in football, basketball, and track. As a senior, he rushed for more than 1,200 yards and was also named the School's Athlete of the Year.

He was selected by the Philadelphia Eagles in the 6th round of the 1995 NFL Draft. He is a fullback and the backup for fullback Justin Griffith. He played his college football for Mississippi State where he started for two years. Has played for five different NFL teams.
