Fred Matua (born January 14, 1984) is an American football offensive lineman who decided to forego his senior season at the University of Southern California to enter the 2006 NFL Draft.

He was drafted on the second day by the National Football League Detroit Lions but was cut by the team and was signed to the Tennessee Titans practice squad. On October 28, 2006, he was signed to the Cleveland Browns roster.

While playing college football for the USC Trojans, Matua was an All-American in 2005.

Matua prepped at Banning High in Wilmington, CA.

His distant cousin is Manu Tuiasosopo, father of former Oakland Raiders and now New York Jets quarterback Marques Tuiasosopo.
