Fred Cobain MLA is a unionist politician from Northern Ireland.
Cobain was first elected to Belfast City Council in 1985. He served as Lord Mayor of Belfast in 1990-1991.
He has been a Ulster Unionist Party Northern Ireland Assembly Member for North Belfast since 1998.[1] Cobain is Chair of the Assembly's Committee for Social Development.
Cobain has served two terms on the Northern Ireland Policing Board [2]
