This image came from http://www.american-entertainment.net/ artists/westerman/ but it is also at http://www.underground-book.com/chapters/uranium/FloydWesterman.html as a .gif.

The Westerman image is an old news photo that has been around enough times it is likely public domain. His promoter might gladly release a more recent photo in color.
