There are SERIOUS NPOV issues throughout this article and it needs a thorough revision. The tone is hagiographic and there are many unsourced and unsupported categorical statements (one example: More executions causing a lower crime rate). PBD 12.5.63.107 21:01, 21 December 2006 (UTC)
