[edit] Wikilinks

A few wikilinks were removed - they were links to the concepts the songs are principally about.

  1. Black hole - Places Named After Numbers
  2. John Denver - Czar
  3. Biosphere 2 - Old Black Dawning

See, for example, http://www.dns.net/eyesore/html/interview/Pixies.discography.html for these in the press pack. He's also confirmed these in interviews.

I'd like to see them back in. Maybe with a note? Josephw 22:46, 29 April 2006 (UTC)

The link to "I Heard Ramona Sing" also links to the subject matter, not an article on the song itself. While these hyperlinks to concepts are interesting and useful, they preclude the existence of a more useful hyperlink to a page that's actually about the song itself: who wrote it, when, what album(s) did it appear on, how well did it chart ... and what's the background concept behind the song? Hyperlinking directly (with no explanation or sources cited) to the concept the song is supposedly about is not helpful. If you'd like to see this info put back in, add some text (and cite your source) mentioning that Song 1 is about Subject A, etc. 66.17.105.226 14:55, 15 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Hang on to Your Ego

  • Is this a cover of the Beach Boys song or is it a defferent song altogether?--Hraefen Talk 16:59, 31 August 2006 (UTC)
