I am curious about his assertion that Islam worships the same god that Judaism and Christianity do. There are references (I need to look the up again) that ascribe Allah to Allat, a moon goddess worshipped at Mecca prior to the arrival of (conquering by) Muhammad. Is there any clear indication that the Yahweh Elohim is one and the same with Allah?
