I recently met an 86-year old lady in Cocoa Beach Florida who grew up with Frances Langford in Lakeland. Frances had a brother who had a car, and he would drive the group of friends around town and on double-dates. I listened to her tell stories about Miss Langford and her family. What a very different time it was then!
