Public domain

This file is in the public domain, because the picture is printed in The American Architecture of Today by G. H. Edgell, Charles Scribner's Sons, New York 1929 where it is credited to the Franciscan Hotel. Since the hotel was destroyed and the Franciscan Hotel no longer exists I feel that the picture in now in the Public Domain.
