[edit] Character

To increase the chance of getting a room at Number 30, Frazer and Pepper Steiger (Nicky Whelan) agreed to pretend that they were engaged. The plan seemed to work, and they both got a room at the house. However, it was hard to break it off, because Pepper told her parents that they were engaged, and they were both excited. Her father Allan (Joe Clements) put a lot of pressure onto Frazer, even to the point of taking him on a camping trip (though Frazer brought Will Griggs (Christian Clark) along). Allan did a police check on Frazer, and it was revealed that there was no record of a Frazer Yeats, meaning that he had a fake name. Pepper questioned Frazer about this, and he said that he wanted to get away from his family, so he changed his name. Allan and Chris (Trudy Hellier) threw an engagement party, and this was the time when Frazer and Pepper announced that their engagement was a sham. Zeke Kinski (Matthew Werkmeister) tried first to announce that it was fake, because apparently Pepper told Zeke that she loved him, though it was revealed that she had been sleepwalking.

Frazer became friends with Will and Ned (Daniel O'Connor), and he told them about the fact that he is a professional gambler. During one race that he was betting on, he was accidentally injured by Janae Hoyland (Eliza Taylor-Cotter) when she threw a spanner into the air, and hit him on the head, knocking him out. Frazer managed to pay for Carmella Cammeniti's (Natalie Blair) face operation, after she had a pot of boiling water thrown onto her face by her cousin Teresa (Hannah Greenwood).

Shortly after Frazer and Pepper broke off the fake engagement, Frazer fell in love with his other female housemate, Rosetta (Natalie Saleeba). Rosetta disliked Frazer at first, and she was attracted to Will, who was with Carmella. Pepper managed to convince to give Frazer a chance, as she was unsuccessful herself the whole way. Rosie and Frazer eventually started liking each other, however due to Rosie being a virgin, which he overheard her telling Pepper, she was nervous about everything. Rosie had an affair with Paul Robinson (Stefan Dennis), which she halfly regretted due to the fact that Paul was meant to be getting married to Lyn Scully (Janet Andrewartha). Frazer comforted Rosie during the stage, and he took her out for a drive on the day of Paul and Lyn's wedding. Paul broke up with Lyn just hours after the ceremony (which led to Lyn leaving the show). Rosie tried to seduce Frazer by wearing sexy lingerie, but he laughs at this, thinking it's a joke, but Rosie gets awkward. Later, they kiss, but Frazer breaks it off by saying that he has an appointment. Frazer goes to Rosie's office to give her flowers and apologise for walking off from her, but finds that she's with Paul. Frazer again apologises and asks her out, but Rosie rejects him and says that she just wants to be alone for a while.

Rosie could not decide between Frazer and Paul, so Pepper decided that they should have a competition to see who is better. Rosie's first date is with Paul, and it goes well until she realises that he was using her to get her into bed. She next dates Frazer, and, despite Paul's attempts to sabotage the date, it goes well. Frazer discovered several pieces of paper written by Rosie, with pros and cons about him and Paul. He finds out that there are more cons than pros about him, and more pros than cons for Paul. He meets up with Paul and Pepper to determine who has the next date. He ends up having the next date. However, he talks to Rosie about the paper and she explains that its her way of thinking things through. He decides in the end to call off the competition. However, when it seemed that Rosie had won Paul, she broke up with him after a phone call from Oscar (Ingo Dammer-Smith), Lyn's son, and she realised that it would be wrong to date Paul, as he only just separated from Lyn. She also realised that she wanted someone to spend the rest of her life with, and that person couldn't be Paul. She decided to stay with Frazer.

After Frazer and Rosie were officially declared a couple, things were going well for them. Rosie fell ill for a short time and Frazer looked after her well. They spent Valentine's Day together, along with witnessing Elle Robinson (Pippa Black) break up with Dylan Timmins (Damien Bodie) after finding him in bed with Carmella.

Frazer's brother Ringo (Sam Clark) arrived in Ramsay Street in January. Zeke first noticed him spying on Frazer outside the kitchen window, though Frazer never saw him. Later on, Ringo (after a few clashes with Zeke) finally went to the front door, and Pepper answered. Ringo introduced himself as George's brother, and asked if he was home. Pepper, not knowing Frazer's real name, humourously replied by saying he was "out the back with John and Paul" (referring to the fact that the Brown siblings are named after The Beatles). Pepper then closed the door on Ringo. Ringo stayed around Ramsay Street, until finally Frazer met him, and they had a happy reunion. When Rosie walked down the street, Frazer pushed Ringo out of the way so she didn't notice him. Ringo told Frazer that he recognised her, she was Johnny's fiancé. Ringo moved in with Frazer, Pepper and Rosie (Will had since left the show) and made up his own alias, Rick Yeats.

Soon after, Rosie talked about Johnny to the rest of the household, about how it was strange that he had two brothers named George and Ringo, and a sister named Pauline. Pepper then remembered when Ringo came to the door, and asked if his brother was home. Pepper instantly realised that Frazer's real name is George and that his brother Johnny was Rosie's ex-fiancé. Pepper then ordered Frazer to tell Rosie. After a while, he did, and Rosie told him to leave.

After Ringo saw Rosie and Pepper kiss he told Frazer and Frazer who believes that the woman he loves is gay decides to give up. Upon discovering that Rosie isnt gay Frazer wants to try and make it work with her and there fore dresses in his under pants to prove she isnt gay. Frazer gets locked out of his house and goes to the Scarlet Bar where he sees Janae who is really upset trying to help her. Janae hits him with a spanner knocking him out.

When Frazer learns that Boyd has left Janae he tries to comfort her and in return she kisses him just as Rosie walks in. When Rosie confronts him about the kiss he tells her what really happened and she decides she wants to give there relationship another go and Frazer turns it around telling Rosie that she never really cared for him.

Just when it looks like Frazer and Rosie might get back together, as they are talking at the race tracks Frazer notices a young girl runs onto the race track as two horses are running by and Frazer runs towards the girl to save her life and ends up getting trampled on by one of the horses. Frazer injured his spine and may never be able to walk again.
