Franklin Mills is a large shopping mall located in extreme Northeast Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, only yards away from neighboring Bucks County, on the site of the former Liberty Bell Park. It is situated about a mile off from Interstate 95, at the intersection of Woodhaven Road and Knights Road. Franklin Mills consists largely of factory outlet stores. It is laid out in the shape of a lightning bolt in commemoration of Benjamin Franklin and his famous kite-and-key experiment. Since the entrances to the mall are brightly colored to be found easily, they are called the Blue, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, and Aqua entrances, with blue, red, and yellow having respective "neighborhoods" within the mall. The ring of stores around the main mall include Walmart, Dick's Sporting Goods, various fast food places and restaurants. There is also a Bally's gym, a 14 screen AMC movie theater, non-denominational church, a Sam's Club, and a Toys R Us.

In August 2006, there was rumours that the mall was closing and torn down for residential redevelopment. These rumours proved false as the mall was being sold to another owner.
