Frank Lomax

Frank Lomax was a minor fictional character on the NBC soap opera Passions. The role was played by Jason Olive in 1999.

Frank Lomax was a private detective and sketch artist hired by Ethan Crane (now Ethan Winthrop) to find the woman who was stalking him. Frank began dating Whitney Russell who was incidently the best friend of Theresa Lopez-Fitzgerald, Ethan's stalker. Frank and Whitney's relationship didn't work because of Whitney lying to protect her best friend. Eventually Ethan discovered Theresa was his stalker and chose to give Frank another job outside of Harmony to keep him from going to the authorities about Theresa.
