Mr. Lasee has become somewhat famous for proposing that schools in his state install locked safes with guns in them to be accessed by trained school personnel in the event a person or persons with guns come into a school with the intent of shooting students or staff. He made this preposal came after the arrests of the alleged consperitors to attack East High School.
